Class Schedule
Hatha Yoga in the west is usually only considered to be yogic postures & breath work, and this dilutes the very essence of the ancient teachings.
Ideally, yoga involves the whole of a person's life, challenging and encouraging us to confront the age-old question of why we are here in the first place.
Camella is passionate about yoga as a science that has been passed passed down as an oral tradition for thousands of years from guru to disciple. This is reflected in a teaching style that honors each individual for where they are in their personal practice.
Asana is a small, though necessary part of the system, helping to still the mind and sensitize it to the subtle realms of spirit, and onwards to the level of cosmic consciousness.
