Motherhood is a great way for us to develop our
as we are given many opportunities to test how
balanced we really are.
Our children can reflect back to us that which we need to correct within our own personality.
Learning about what yoga poses that can be practiced safely whilst pregnant is great, but what about the deeper questions within the yogi, such as;
~Why did this baby choose me?
~What is the karma between us?
~How can I sustain my marriage after the baby is born?
Camella has been dedicated to teaching hundreds of prenatal women over the past decade.
She has published a book called "Prenatal Kriya Yoga", that finally brings to the public the more mystical approach to being pregnant and becoming a mother.
