Yoga has been Camella's passion for over 30 years. 
What you will notice from this website is that she is not of the "vanilla mold", she is far from it. She has embodied the teaching and training that she has received along with her experiences as a single mother.
All of which have culminated in her pioneering yoga programs that are at the leading edge of creativity in the yoga world.

Camella Nair breathes in the fresh air.As a direct disciple in the Kriya lineage, Camella's roots were firmly established when she became a committed disciple and then, an ordained Swami (she who knows the Self) through the
Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago.



As a certified instructor for over a decade, she has traveled, studied, and taught in India, England, and throughout the United States.  She offers classes in every aspect of yoga, including; , aqua yoga, pre-natal yoga, ayurvedic yoga, philosophy and meditation. 

Camella teaches courses for every level, from beginner's yoga to yoga . Her success as a teacher can be credited in part to her irrepressible sense of humor and to her keen sensitivity to the needs of each of her students.

As a Kriya Yogini for women and for men who want to understand women or the feminine aspect within themselves, Camella's down to earth approach to life and yoga makes any students feel at ease in her presence. She has developed some amazing products that are at the forefront of her peers.
