Come join Camella and the nurturing and intuitive teacher Nancy Britton, for a weekend offering various styles of yoga, a fun look at the yoga sutra's for the householder and great organic vegetarian food.
The venue is the 5 star Stillheart Institute on Skyline Blvd/Woodside.
It starts at 3pm on Friday and finishes at 1pm on Sunday.
We offer the retreat at a modest $450 (shared double) for this quality venue to encourage people to retreat as part of a holistic health care program for prevention and maintenance.

Learn how to bring your mindful practice into the kitchen and learn some cool stuff on the way about food and the body. Sangha with like minded souls. Maybe time to swim if you like. Yoga under the stars by candlelight.
(if the pool remains at 87 ish we will do yoga in the pool) if not, it will be on land.
This will be followed by chanting,meditation and a brief ritual to welcome the Equinox.
